Which Linux command should be used to install a plugin?

Within updated WHM we have used but it does not work. Which Linux command should be used as CSF is a third party without possible with the installation CSF. It works

wget https://download.configserver.com/csf.tgz
tar -xzf csf.tgz

But it does not work:

./install.cpanel.sh

  I have done and even installed but a plugin is not seen inside cPanel. How to force restert as it shows a warning:

  -bash: /etc/init.d/csf: No such file or directory

  cd csf 

  and

  /etc/init.d/csf restart

  CSF doesn't run as a daemon, so I wouldn't expect that to work.
