CentOS 7 to AlmaLinux 8.

Trying to upgrade CentOS 7 to AlmaLinux 8 and following the instrucions provided on the https://cpanel.github.io/elevate/

Errors as follows which I cannot seem to trace. The log file does not exist.

* 2024-06-17 02:57:52 [WARN] Unknown error while checking blockers: command failed. Fix it and run command. at /scripts/elevate-cpanel line 6582.

* 2024-06-17 02:57:52 [WARN] Please fix the detected issues before performing the elevation process.

There does not seem to be any further info on this error.  Any ideas?
