PHP-FPM monitoring with zabbix

How can I configure zabbix to see php-fpm information?

  Hey there!  cPanel doesn't offer any integration with Zabbix, so I don't have any information about what may be required to get this working. Hopefully another user that has also tested this configuration will be able to share their experience.
