I am Migrating the old server to new server, in old server running on CentOs 7 and New server running on Alma 8.

What's the error message (obscure any personally identifiable information like domain names and such)? Without an error message nobody can help you. And certainly an error message is given during the transfer process if the database is not able to be migrated. You might have different settings in your /etc/my.cnf on the new server preventing the database from being migrated.
Compare the sql_mode= line in /etc/my.cnf on the old and new servers and see if they difffer

Yes, we'll need more details on this. If the database truly wasn't migrated I would have expected the Transfer Tool to show some obvious errors with red text.
Do you not see the database in the cPanel account in cPanel >> MySQL Databases?
