WHM SSL Certificate not valid

Hi,

I'm having an issue where my whm login is saying I dont have a valid ssl certificate. I'm using an EC2 instance and have tried using SSH to no avail regarding ssl. All I can see is needing to use the WHM interface: "WHM "Service Configuration "Manage Service SSL Certificates"

The problem is that my admin panel for WHM isnot working as a result of the issue with the certificate. 

I need some help getting a valid certificate installed - any help would be appreciated, thanks.

  Did you run:
  /usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkallsslcerts

  I've run it now its getting errors...can't validate the DNS...

  which is weird as nothing has changed...

  Does DNS resolve for the hostname?  Did someone possibly add a CAA record for the domain that would block the hostname SSL from being issued?

  No I dont believe this is the case, would the lack of a CAA record cause the problem?

  Hi,

   

  Can you provide any of the DNS errors you're receiving from the checkallsslcerts script in this thread? Did the DNS errors mention a missing zone file? You can remove or replace any sensitive information from the errors such as your server's hostname.
