Cpanel account access not installed
I installed cPanel Admin Cloud.
Whm was installed properly and I can log in with the login data of my VPS server.
Cpanel was also installed but did not create an account.
Then I wanted to create an account in Whm, but I got this error message:
Account Creation Status: failed
(XID m8mtpz) The DNS entry for “mydomain.com” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from this server or all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.
How can I solve the error?

For me it seems that you are trying to create a cPanel account for your hostname (my.domain.com), try to create the account for the domain (domain.com).

No.
I will correct the error message.
I didn't want to write out the domain name, so I wrote "my domain" instead.Account Creation Status: failed
(XID m8mtpz) The DNS entry for “mydomain.com” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from this server or all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.0 -
Is this a stand alone server or part of a DNS cluster? The message is basically saying that DNS zone either exists on the server or within the DNS cluster.

This is a standalone server.
In many places it was recommended to delete the DNS server from WHM and then I can register a Cpanel account, but that didn't work either.
It's annoying because the WHM-Cpanel installation is automatic, because the license is linked to my IP address.
Both installed, but only the account assigned to WHM and not to Cpanel.0 -
This error message indicates your server is part of a DNS Cluster of some sort. If you go to WHM >> DNS Cluster, do you see that anything is configured there?

There is nothing. It's not even enabled.
Aren't the nameservers at fault?
He wrote this before the WHM Cpanel setting: Default nameservers of the type .cprapid.com are not compatible with .com domain registrations.0
