Impossible to use cPanel email filters gui

I hope everyone is safe and healthy.

If you have 50+ email accounts and try to adjust the "manage filters" setting in the Email Filters | Filter by Users, it's an impossible task.

As soon as you finish configuring one email account, the system re-sorts the email accounts within a maximum-allowed list of 10.  The one you were just working on is nowhere to be found so it's impossible to check if it worked without the system re-sorting all over again.

Is there a command line method to delete or modify specific accounts whether to use or not use an email filter?

  Hey hey!  So basically, you want to the "page size" option at the bottom to be retained for future page access, correct?

  The only filtering API call I have is this guy:

  https://api.docs.cpanel.net/openapi/cpanel/operation/store_filter/

  as that will let you create filters through the API directly.
