Hi,
Were you using WP Manager to manage your WordPress installations? Normally, WP manager would be the only feature displayed under the applications section in cPanel. With that said, WP Manager was removed in cPanel v104 in favor of WP Toolkit. I suggest checking to see if WP Toolkit is available in cPanel (in the Domains section), as this would allow you to manage your WordPress domain. If it isn't available in your cPanel interface, we have installation instructions in the following document:

Hey William, thanks for the article. I was not using WP Manager to manage WordPress installation. I currently have WP Toolkit installed and perhaps that is what removed my Installatron Applications Installer (IAI) sin the Main Menu.
Under Plugins in WHM, I see, IAI, what looks like what use to be in my Main Menu. When I click on it, I get an Internal Server Error 500. When I go back to cPanel and click on IAI, I get the same 500 Internal Server Error.
Is this normal?

Hi William, I found an image of what the Application in the Main Menu use to look like. Now it's gone and when I go to Installatron Applications Installer, I receive the internal Server Error 500. So far I tried the following:
1.) renaming .htaccess to .haccess-old, clear browser and server cache and log in to Application (CBSCA)
2.) added define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ ); in my wp-config.php file and CBSCA
3.) disabled all my plug-ins, CBSCA
4.) I went to Metrics/Errors: Could an enabled security setting be causing this?

Hi,
It appears the feature you're attempting to use is provided by Installatron, which is not developed or supported by cPanel. Unfortunately, we are not trained or familiar with this specific application. I suggest reaching out to the Installatron support to see if they can assist in troubleshooting this. Their support can be found below:
