    Did you check the file
    /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup_transporter.log

In that file there should be more information regarding that error.

Thnx for your reply. It was helpful, but now i found other issues.

On cpbackup_transporter.log i found three "faileds":

[2024-07-15 02:31:12 +0300] Determining mysql dbs...The system failed to fetch the status of the database “backuphellas_database2016” because of an error: (XID gwsumh) The system received an error from the “MySQL” database “mysql”: ER_BAD_DB_ERROR (Unknown database 'backuphellas_database2016')

Database "backuphellas_database2016" wan not creating from me, it' s not the site database, it was 0 byte. So i deleted it

[2024-07-15 02:47:41 +0300] Determining mysql dbs...The system failed to fetch the status of the database “xngprod_rhgh” because of an error: (XID chxdy5) The system received an error from the “MySQL” database “mysql”: ER_BAD_DB_ERROR (Unknown database 'xngprod_rhgh')

Same as the previous case, the "xngprod_rhgh" database was deleted

[2024-07-15 03:46:53 +0300] Determining mysql dbs...The system failed to fetch the status of the database “littlebuddies_shopdata” because of an error: (XID 2ndhef) The system received an error from the “MySQL” database “mysql”: ER_BAD_DB_ERROR (Unknown database 'littlebuddies_shopdata')
Use of uninitialized value $version_line in pattern match (m//) at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/MysqlUtils/Dump.pm line 65.
Use of uninitialized value $mysqldump_ver in concatenation (.) or string at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Pkgacct/Components/Mysql.pm line 119.

Same as the previous case, the "littlebuddies_shopdata" database was deleted.
But on "cPanel > manage my databases" and on "cPanel > phpmyadmin" The real website's database (littlebu_shopdata) does not exist!
    And website works!!!!

I created a new backup from "cPanel > backup > Download a Full Account Backup" and when i extrand and open files, the /mysql folder was empty exept a file with name "openfileslimit" and content this number: "40000".

Since the website works (an old joomla 3.5 + virtuemart) I guess somehow the database exists but we don't see on cPanel.

So this is the problem, how I will investigate and restore the database on cPanel?

PS: Last week, we encountered the known issue:
Mysql cannot start and we took some actions until the solution was found. I suspect it may be related to this.

Check database settings in Joomla's configuration.php

Yes, database exist on "configuration.php", This is how I found which database the site is using "littlebu_shopdata" db.

But there no "littlebu_shopdata" db on cPanel > manage my database > current databases:

This is my problem now, how to make the data base appear on cPanel as well.

I remind you that it is not even in backups's files.

I know, but the whm license from hetzner datacenter, has stopped giving us support since last November, that's why I'm writing here...

    Thnx

Your host would be the point of contact for support.  If you are not getting support for the license we'd like to know, and you can email cs@cpanel.net with those details.

Alternatively, you can switch your license to one purchased directly from cPanel and then you can contact us for support.

Well, So what did I do, I used the tool: "Database Map Tool" from whm and assign the database to correct user. so now i can see database on client account (cPanel > manage my database > current databases) and phpmyadmin.

But i can not get a backup of them, Only with export from phpmyAdmin

    @cPRex

Yes, our datacenter (Hetzner - Germany) stopped software support, only hardware support. We gonna migrate to a new dedicate server soon, and we gonna buy a license from cPanel directly, because support is very very important!

We are host provider, and our cPanel license is from hetzner datacenter.

Do we have the right to have support from you or only from the datacenter?

If your future license is purchased from us, then yes, you'd be able to contact our support team directly.
