  • Hi,

     

    Normally, you should have the option to delete the database from cPanel > MySQL Databases in this situation, even if the database does not exist in MySQL. We have an article below detailing this workaround:

    If you do not have the option to delete the database in the MySQL Database interface, rebuilding the database map for the cPanel user would be another option. This issue is usually is caused when a database is manually removed in an unsupported manner. This would cause the database to still exist in the cPanel user's database map but not in MySQL.
