I have a  client asking about Multiple Apache Vulnerabilities (CVE-2024-38472, CVE-2024-38473, CVE-2024-38474, CVE-2024-38475, CVE-2024-38476).

Where can I see if cPanel has a fix or has fixed these items?

  Hey there!  Was this part of a PCI scan or some similar security audit?  CVE-2024-38472 is only related to Windows, so that wouldn't apply here.
