SSL Cert on subdomains installs fine but TLD fails.
AnsweredAuto SSL is installing certificates just fine on all the subdomains of the top level domain (afaiththatobeys.org) but the cert. that installs does not include that very same top level domain.
I have tried deleting the domain and re-entering it then running AutoSSL again. I have waited days and tried it again with no luck. This is a LetsEncrypt certificate with up-to-date cPanel, WHM and server software on a GoDaddy VPS. Every other domain's certs install fine, just his one single TLD is being excluded.
It seems like if this was some sort of DNS issue, all the subdomains should fail too.
Ideas?

Hi,
I see that the notification reported that the DCV check for the main domain might have failed, but there were no errors recorded in the AutoSSL log. If you manually run AutoSSL for this user, do any errors occur in regards to this domain? Just so you know, you can manually run AutoSSL for one user with the following command (replace $cpaneluser with the cPanel username for the account):
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/autossl_check --user=$cpaneluser

William, thank you for the quick response. Here’s what I found.
About six months ago, I moved to a new server with a new IP address. At my registrar, Hover, I changed the IP address to point to the new server, but I failed to point the glue records to the new server. Once I updated the glue records at hover, everything began working fine and the certificate installed perfectly. Thank you for your support.
