  • Hi,

     

    It appears that your hosting provider is blocking outbound email due to spam being sent from the server. I recommend reviewing the outbound email sent from the server to check for signs of spam. If you find any accounts have sent spam recently, changing their password and scanning the devices used to login to these accounts for malware will help to secure them. You can use our MSP script with the --auth flag to review the outbound email sent from the server:

    Once the spam issues are addressed, I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to remove the block on sending mail.
