TCP email ports are closed when using Cloudflare
AnsweredI'm using Cloudflare and I'm facing an issue where all the email TCP ports (143, 587, 993, and 465) are closed.
In this situation, when I use webmail on my domain (mydomain.com/webmail), I can log in to my email address but Roundcube is not reachable, check this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ba_sMzbrK2_2
If I log in to my webmail using the hostname of the server, Roundcube works.
When I use the Nameservers of my hosting company, I see the ports are open and I can access Roundcube using webmail on my domain normally.
Kindly check the DNS Records for my Cloudflare account: https://prnt.sc/112viB6TLfrZ

Hey there! This would be an issue with the Cloudflare configuration. I confirmed I am not able to telnet to port 2096, which is the webmail port, on your domain name, which confirms there is an issue with that port and the Cloudflare proxy. Since your server's hostname isn't proxied through Cloudflare, the connection works.
You'll likely need to reach out to Cloudflare to have them adjust that configuration.

Yes, you are correct, the issue is from Cloudflare.
Today, I found all my websites that use Cloudflare can access webmail normally!
