cpanel crash - cannot access from browser or ssh but site works

Last night Cpanel was working fine.  However today we cannot access Cpanel nor can we ssh . However the site is functioning fine, we can connect via domain and Ip.  However we cannot connect to Cpanel

  It is as if port 22 and 2087 are closed.  However 443 and 80 are open because we still access the website with ip and with ssl domain.

  We are not sure if this is the problem with our site, however we found this regarding 'Load Balancing' and Cpanel use.   Our Sit is  ec2 elastic IP address with load balancing

  Hey there!  No, load balancing wouldn't be related to this issue.

  It sounds like you could have been blocked by cPHulk.  If you have console access to SSH through your host, you could try disabling that service to see if that gets things working:
