easy apache 4 does not work

I want to add new extensions to my server but when I go to the easy apache section and configure what I want to install when it is doing the final summary to provision, they do not appear to be provisioned what could be happening.

  Hey there!  Whenever there are issues with EasyApache the first thing I do is ensure the package management tool on the server is working as expected.  Are you able to run "yum update" on the machine without an issue?
