cpanel won't open on any device except iPhone
I am unable to create a ticket because I am working through Liquid Web. However they are stuck and have not gotten back to me on a solution for several days.
I can only log on with my cell phone. The iPhone doesn't give me all the abilities that PC/Mac do. I am on Dell Laptop and brand new MacBook; wireless (there are no ethernet outlets on my devices).
Is there a work around for someone to help me with this?
I tried creating an account with you, using the same email but when creating a ticket, it stated to contact Liquid Web, which I have and no results. Thank you for your time and attention.

Hey there! It sounds like your local IP address has been blocked by the server, but since the phone is on a different network that is able to access the system.
I'm not sure why your host wouldn't be able to help you with this as we aren't able to fix or diagnose access issues like this on our side, and they would have direct access to the server to confirm this quickly.

Check your IP address from PC/Mac for ex. here:
https://www.myip.com/Send that IP to your host and ask them to unblock that IP address.
