New install hostname certificate missing dns

Just configured a new cPanel server. Had to change the hostname but when trying to install the service ssl certificate we are getting errors that the dns zones do not exist? Is this a manual process as I would assume that changing the hostname would create the dns records for you? 

Error:

The system will attempt to replace the certificate for the “cpanel” service with a signed certificate from the “Let’s Encrypt™” provider because none of the domains on the current certificate reside on the local server.
The system will attempt to install a certificate for the “cpanel” service from the system SSL storage.
None of the certificates in the system SSL storage were acceptable to use for the “cpanel” service.
DNS query error (myhost.net/CAA): SERVFAIL (2)
The system will attempt to get a new certificate for the domains: srv126.myhost.net, autoconfig.srv126.myhost.net, autodiscover.srv126.myhost.net, cpanel.srv126.myhost.net, cpcalendars.srv126.myhost.net, cpcontacts.srv126.myhost.net, ipv6.srv126.myhost.net, mail.srv126.myhost.net, webdisk.srv126.myhost.net, webmail.srv126.myhost.net, whm.srv126.myhost.net, www.srv126.myhost.net

    Hey there!  Changing the hostname on the server does not configure the DNS automatically for you, so you still need to ensure there is an A record for the hostname either on the cPanel machine (https://docs.cpanel.net/whm/dns-functions/add-an-a-entry-for-your-hostname/) or wherever the DNS for the hostname's domain is hosted.

    The additional records would get created by the "Service subdomains" option in WHM >> Tweak Settings, and aren't directly related to the hostname of the machine.
