can't install two Contabo VPS with two DNSOnly installations

I can't install two Contabo VPS with two DNSOnly installations.

I bought 3 VPS from Contabo. I can only install Cpanel and DNSOnly. When I try to install it on the other VPS, it does the installation but when it finishes I see that it did not install DNSOnly but a complete installation of Cpanel

  Hey there!  It would likely be best to check the installation log at /var/log/cpanel-install.log to see if there is a reason listed there as to why it isn't able to install the chosen DNSOnly version.

  The problem is that the IP given by contabo has already been used by someone to install cpanel. Therefore, I cannot install the DNSOnly cpanel on one of the machines.
  
  There is a need to clear the IP or assign another IP as it is the responsibility of Cpanel or Contabo.
