Whitelist a domain using Spam Filter

Hello,
I used Spam Filters in cPanel to whitelist a domain blocked by SpamCop. But unfortunately, their emails are still blocked.

I don't want to whitelist it using Exim because I want to be limited for a specific user not for all the users on the shared hosting

  Hey there!  The RBL works at a lower level than the account filters, so you won't be able to override that behavior using a filter.

  cPRex Ok, is there any option to limit this whitelist for a specific user not for all the users on the shared hosting even if I did this option manually from WHM?

  Unfortunately I don't have such a specific option available.  It might be best to submit that as a feature request at features.cpanel.net to see if that's something we could get added the product.
