Moving Accounts from DirectAdmin to cPanel Without DirectAdmin Root Access
Sir, I want to move from DirectAdmin to cPanel, but I don't have root access for DirectAdmin. However, I do have full root access for WHM. How can I move my 42 DirectAdmin accounts to cPanel? Please guide me. Thanks.

Hey there! Unfortunately we don't have any automated tools for someone in this situation - our Transfer Tool requires root access to both machines in order to perform that work.
I would recommend reading the details here to see how you can manually move your data:

That would be great, as many who are on DirectAdmin want to move to cPanel.

Hello! But when we take a DirectAdmin backup, its extension is .tar.zst, and cPanel supports the .tar.gz extension.

Well that's the issue - there is no way to move a backup directly over to a cPanel machine.
You'll need to take your backup file as it is, unzip it manually on the cPanel server, and then move the data into the appropriate areas of the system manually.
