Issue with error message/ services
Our host migrated our account to a new server --- everything was working as expected, except I received multiple messages from CPanel indicating that the mailman service was down.
I logged into WHM, confirmed that Mailman was down, and tried to restart it. This did not work -- it failed with this error message:
restartsrv_mailman[2602]: OSError: [Errno 1] Operation not permitted
I then logged into shell and followed the instructions here:
https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049915094-Mailman-stale-lock-files-keep-the-service-from-starting-properly
This resolved the issue -- Mailman restarted and was able to confirm that is running; I can see in WHM in both the service status and currently running processes list that is working.
However, I am STILL getting error messages from CPanel as follows:
The service =E2=80=9Cmailman=E2=80=9D appears to be down.
Any ideas on how to fix this? I could disable monitoring of Mailman - but then I wouldn't know if it went down in the future. I'm guessing there's a problem because I restarted the service via shell rather than via WHM.... any ideas on how to correct this?

Hey there! I see it's been a few hours since you posted - are the failed monitoring messages still reporting mailman as down? If so, it couldn't hurt to toggle the monitoring off and on in Service Manager to re-trigger that tool.
