Cannot access my hosts cPanel to edit my website
Hello, my website and business email host, Turbify, is now using cPanel to host my website and email. Since they have done this, I have lost total access to my website and emails. I am running Apple Macbook pros, and desktops, both on Intel chips and the new Silicon chips. Specifically, I used to use my laptop to edit my website, and administer email addresses. Now that I have a new Macbook Pro M2 with Mac OSX Sonoma 14.6, I can only log onto their website, but the links to the cPanel functionality simply do not work. Turbify simply stated that "at some point we will offer compatibility with your computer, to use a PC in the meantime." But, I suspect this is not true. Is cPanel compatible with Silicon (ARM) CPU computers at all? I do only see Linux as your supported operating system on here.
Should I just jetisson their services and go someplace where Macs are compatible? I have been using these services since 1998, when it was Yahoo!.
Thanks for your help

Hey there! You are correct that this isn't true - cPanel access links are just another website, and it doesn't matter at all what type of device you use to access them. It sounds like there is a misconfiguration on the host's side causing this behavior if none of the cPanel links function.
