Roundcube no access to emails - Oops... something went wrong!
Hello
Just noticed no emails on the same server can open emails on webmail, just saw somewhere it is a bug caused by a recent update to cpanel, our server has this specs:
cd /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/roundcube
/usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/roundcube# /opt/cpanel/composer/bin/composer --ignore-platform-req=ext-iconv --ignore-platform-req=ext-iconv --ignore-platform-req=ext-ldap require sabre/vobject

Hey there! What specific error message do you see when you log into Roundcube? Do you see any additional errors in the Roundcube logs mentioned at https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360054983694-Where-can-I-find-the-Roundcube-error-log ?
Once I know that I may be able to get you better information on how to fix this issue.

Hi
As suggested just checked logs on
/home/$username/logs/roundcube/errors.logI paste results after testing again with same error
In the meantime I tested accessing several email accounts from several domains and there are some emails that work ok on roundcube while others don't after all.Error log:

Hello again
Thanks so much... this worked out fine, renaming from a backup
The problem is that will need to correct one account at a time when someone needs to use roundcube and doesn't get it.
But this has anything to do with Cpanel 120 update, or was it something else?
