Proper adjustments for httpd.conf and Apache
Hello everyone,
I'm encountering an issue with a server where I have approximately 60GB of hosted lessons. These lessons were developed in Adobe Captivate, and each one is structured around an index file that references other files like images and additional resources. I'll attach an example for better understanding.
The problem is that, occasionally, the content becomes inaccessible, resulting in a 522 error from Cloudflare. At the time the error occurs, the server load is low, memory and connection are normal, and the hardware is functioning correctly.
Interestingly, access to the content is only restored when I perform a rebuild on Apache by following these steps: I access WHM, go to Apache Configuration > Global Configuration, and click "Save" to force a rebuild. After that, the content becomes accessible again without any errors.
I'm struggling to identify the root cause of the problem. The domain is configured in Cloudflare to optimize access, and the highest traffic peaks occur on Saturdays.
I'm attaching screenshots of the global configuration, server status, and the code we're using here.

Hey there! I'm guessing the rebuild doesn't fix the issue, but simply triggers a restart. Would you be able to confirm that a basic restart of the Apache service fixes the issue the next time this happens? If so, I would recommend checking the Apache log at /etc/apache2/logs/error_log to see if there is anything helpful there from before your attempted restart.
