phpMyAdmin import error 500

Hello,
I need help.
When i try to upload sql file to phpMyAdmin i get error.
Error :
Internal Server Error 500
-cprsv at hostname..

Note : file upload size is ok. sometime upload success or sometime upload not success. maximum time upload not success then get Error 500.

  Hey there!  When this happens, do you see any errors in the main cPanel log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log or the MySQL log, which is typically at /var/log/mysqld.log unless that location has been customized.

  If you only have cPanel-account access to the system and not root access to the whole server you'll need to speak with your hosting provider or datacenter to have them check those logs for you.
