    Hey there! Unfortunately there won't be anything we can do on our side with the server in that state. The only thing you can do would be to contact the hosting provider to see if they can access the machine directly and get you more information about the state it is in.

    Ok!! Thanks for your help anyway!! It's a shame they (OVH) disabled KVM on this machine just few days ago... We're completely blind in order to fix it... machine doesn't restart from step 4 to 5...

    It seems odd that they would disable KVM - was there a particular reason for that?

    I had to buy a new server and now moving all the accounts from backups...

    I'm sorry you had to do that, but at least you were prepared and had the backups so it was an option!
