route on email account to remote
Hi,
Now i have my domain connected with google workspace via cloudflare dns MX record to received all emails on gmail at info@mydomain.com
i make routing from google workspace to use other mail accounts from my local server mail account like: sami@mydomain.com
all things run very good
only if i send email from sami@mydomain.com to info@mydomain.com error appear to me this user not found.
and when create info@mydomain.com in my server local email.... email sent to local server not to google mail server .
i need to make change on this email account only ( info@mydomain.com ) to be remote and send out my server email system.
i try to fix this from change domain localdomain or remotedomains from ssh but this change make for hole domain email account.
i need only to info@mydomain.com to send remote out local server email
i hope to help in this situation
regards
samy

Hey there! In cPanel >> Email Routing, choose the "Remote Mail Exchanger" option. This will cause the mail to look toward external DNS settings instead of performing that local delivery and should resolve your issue.

@cPRex thanks for reply .
I already make your option but "Remote Mail Exchanger" will route all emails accounts for this domain to external and some emails account still work in local server ..
As, i explain this email account " info@mydomain" only work in external at google workspace and all other account work in local server.

Thanks for the clarification on this. There aren't any supported cPanel tools that will handle this, but there are manual options in Exim that could be configured, such as split delivery with G-suite:

@cPRex thanks again for your reply.
I already make google workspace split devilry setting and succeed .
when some one send email to local email account , the email arrive to local server well.
but the issue when sending from my local server to other emails accounts ... exim search first for this domain if it in local server email send local and of course message return error as the domain remote .

What I don't have is a way to do split delivery AND also have per-account options for remote mx. That sounds like it could make a good feature request if you'd like to submit one at features.cpanel.net - I can't promise it will get implemented, but I can promise I'll get it in front of the email team.

I sent email with this request to cpanel and i hope to check my request

I do see that in the features area now, and I'll bring that up with the email team during out next meeting.

Sami Mohamed - could I create a ticket for you so we can do some additional testing on this?
