Hey there!  Are you able to access the Google Drive outside of cPanel with the same username and password and create that ServerBackups directory?  That's the first thing I would try, and that would confirm the user itself has access to the Google Drive side of things.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I can access the drive with no issues.

Alright - good to know!  Can you check the quota management setting in the Google side of things outlined here?

Sorry to be a pain, but I'm not really sure what I'm doing. I've attached a screenshot because this is the only thing I can see.

Thanks for sharing that - those values *look* like they should work just fine.

Do you see anything else inside the logs in

    /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup

that would show more details on this?  If not, it would likely be best to create a ticket so this can be investigated directly on the system.

I can't access those logs on a shared server, but this is from the Google support page for one of the error messages is:

401 deleted_client: The app or service isn’t registered with Google anymore

Please disregard, I've now solved this by adding a new url in the credentials field. Thank you so much for trying to help.

I'm glad you found a way to get that working!
