All licenses suspended due "Unpaid" addons that where paid
All my licenses where just supended for "Unpaid" addons, even though in my PAID invoice everything is listed and fully paid. Billing system is broken and its stopped my services for clients from working.

for my experience it's better to order CloudLinux and Imunify360 directly from CloudLinux. Their support is always fast.

Thanks for that - I've given it a bit of priority, but I will say our Customer Service team is still dealing with the license fallout. They should be replying soon!

Make sure you all make a strong case via the ticket system for the disruption and damage to your reputations this has caused. After a battle I have been compensated one month of licence costs. I am still waiting for senior management to acknowledge the serious flaws in the immediate suspension of a licence and impact this has on our customers. Especially when it isn't our fault!
