error after logging in, session url with data from another user?
It has already happened to me on two occasions that a client tells me that after entering the cPanel they receive an error page. By doing the test from my computer I can verify that indeed after entering it receives an error and the error is due to trying to enter content "from another user." For example, in the last case, once the user data and cpanel password had been entered, the user was redirected to a phpmyadmin page trying to work with another user's database and table.
After reviewing a lot I was able to find that the problem was in a cache file, specifically:
/var/cpanel/caches/showtemplate.stor/login_template_cpaneld_es_
Deleting the files in that cache solved the problem.
A few weeks ago a client entered cPanel and was redirected to the email configuration page ("Set Up Mail Client for") but showing an email from another domain, from another client! It was just a visual issue, but it was quite uncomfortable.
Observation: On that page you can change the email address that is displayed simply by changing the content of the url to anything.
Example:
/frontend/jupiter/mail/clientconf.html?acct=anysuer%40anydomian.cl
Please cPanel users check what is happening with the files located in /var/cpanel/caches/showtemplate.stor
Something is going on that is left with data from other users.
OS AlmaLinux v8.10.0 STANDARD standard

Hey there! Can you provide me with specific instructions on how I can reproduce this issue so I can test this? Once I have that information I can test this out for you on my end.
