I created ticket Id #95355153 Yesterday at 13:39 but still no answer from support.

We experienced an issue with the licensing system over the weekend so there is quite a backlog on the Customer Service side of things. I do see that ticket and they'll be getting to it as soon as they can.

Yes I know about the weekend issue. I will ask you for early equipment. Today users at school could not function.

Would it be possible to resolve this by 28/08/2024 7:00 Central European Time (CET)? Or at least assign a trial license for IP 193.87.171.146?

I see this has an active license that was activated yesterday - are you still seeing any issues?

I had no problem with the license. I just need to move the valid education license to a new public IP address.
