Roundcube - ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS on specific mail account
I've got a client that he can't log in at the Roundcube Webmail using a specific email address, he got the error...
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
...in the browser.
It also happens with a specific account, others works fine...
Also the cookies keep rotating while the redirect happens, how can I start digging in it to understand what is happening?
Or this is a known issue?

Hey there! Usually when this happens with just one account this is a problem with the Roundcube database:

It may be best to submit a ticket so this can be examined directly on the server. I'd hate to recommend any more drastic changes that could have the potential to lead to data loss.

We resolved the problem by removing the database file
However, what happened with cPanel is unacceptable, whether we pay through a partner or directly, it’s the same, this is their product, and they must support it
