SiteJet won't publish, redirects to WHMCS
It seems WHMCS has now broken SiteJet in our cPanel accounts. When I click publish from SiteJet, it takes me to the WHMCS login screen. This is a huuuuge time sensitive problem!
I really just want to remove all the SiteJet stuff WHMCS added, it's ugly, broken, and now has broken SiteJet for everyone to publish.
Or at least from the cPanel end, how can I get the publish button to not redirect to WHMCS which is broken so we can't publish any websites right now.

Hey there! I think we should start by clarifying some terms, just so we're all on the same page. WHMCS is a billing and account management tool which is also owned by Webpros. WHM, with no CS at the end, is the cPanel root-level management area.
Either way, I would not expect anything in the Sitejet interface to take you to an external platform outside of your cPanel account. I am also not able to reproduce this on a version 122 machine.
Could you create a ticket so this can be investigated directly on the server?

Yeah, ticket was added as well and yes, I do know the difference of WHMCS and WHM. I've been a partner for over 15 years :)
The issue here, is that it seems WHMCS is adding something to WHM that's breaking SiteJet. It's super weird they have that kind of control over SitePad and WHM.

Interesting, and that's definitely crazy - I've never heard of such a behavior! Could you post that ticket number here so I can follow along?

Same result here, WHMCS punts to cPanel and cPanel acts like your speaking latin. Bottom line, both companies are the same and neither the left or right hand knows what the problem is OR they simply don't care.

North Georgia - were you able to submit a ticket on that issue?

I did add a ticket, but they could not replicate the issue. If I use incognito, it was ok. This, most likely, means, WHMCS is dropping a redirect cookie when you access SiteJet from WHMCS that won't allow you to use SiteJet directly anymore. Super weird, I just hope they remove some of the crazy controls they are forcing on everyone to have SiteJet take over WHMCS. The backlash from forcing SiteJet all over WHMCS has been pretty crazy. Hopefully they listen.

They lie. That's the simple truth of it. They tell you to open a ticket because they don't want to lie in an open forum.
We have been dealing with this issue for about a year. I plan to mention it to our attorney the next time we meet. The larger companies get to use this feature, and the smaller ones are discriminated against. Might be something there?
Here's the way they lie:
1. WHMCS tells you it's a cpanel issue
2. cPanel makes you put in a ticket (because they don't want to outright lie on an open forum)
3. If you bought your license via your ISP, cPanel makes you go through them. (Then your ISP tells you that cPanel cannot reproduce the issue)
4. cPanel tells you in the ticket that they couldn't duplicate the issue.
The outright lie because since they have no pride in what they do for a living or ambition figure out how to work on their own product. It's easier for the lazy person to punt on an issue than it is for them to actually figure out the problem
Hey Cpanel, here's video proof that the problem exists.

Here's another video showing the ability to publish straight from the WHMCS control panel

North Georgia - I'm sorry to hear about that negative experience you've had. However, since you've mentioned potential legal action I have to lock this thread.
