Hey there!  I see this is on Sectigo - what version of cPanel are you using?  Have you tried switching the provider to Let's Encrypt, if that is an option for your machine?

            The system will attempt to renew the SSL certificate for (ummimahabbah.com.my: ummimahabbah.com.my www.ummimahabbah.com.my mail.ummimahabbah.com.my webmail.ummimahabbah.com.my cpanel.ummimahabbah.com.my webdisk.ummimahabbah.com.my cpcontacts.ummimahabbah.com.my cpcalendars.ummimahabbah.com.my).
The “Sectigo†provider’s AutoSSL queue already contains a certificate request for “ummiâ€â€™s website “ummimahabbah.com.myâ€. The request’s start time is Sep 2, 2024, 3:02:48 AM UTC, and its last poll time is Sep 4, 2024, 12:53:11 PM UTC.
The system has completed “ummiâ€â€™s AutoSSL check.

    Now three days altready

Unfortunately no, there isn't a way to do that - it's applied to every domain.

What the system will NOT do is overwrite existing SSLs until they are ready to expire, so if you already have some working properly they will stay in place.
