The cPanel server see only the terminated License

The cPanel server see only the terminated License for our server with ip x.x.x.x

we have Active License for the same ip but not being seen by cPanel
I have sent to support without any reply

I have tried to change the ip but it gives that License must be Active  although it's already active.

  Hey there!  If you just need to force an update on the server side you can run this command:

  /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

  Can you try that and see if that gets things working for you?
