How to delete Raw Access Logs in cPanel account?
We are using WHM to create our own cPanel account, But I found that the Raw Access Logs file size from when we created the cPanel account to now is too large. (Disk Usage 34.12 GB)
How do we reset Raw Access Logs and free up Disk Usage space?
Because my technical skills are limited, I would like to be able to do this through cPanel or WHM control panel, Can you tell me the path and how to set it up?
Thank you!

Hey there! Are these the files inside /home/username/logs on the account? If so, you can manually remove older entries through the cPanel >> File Manager interface.
Inside cPanel >> Raw Access you can also ensure these options are selected (which they should be by default):
"Archive log files to your home directory after the system processes statistics. The system currently processes logs every 24 hours."and
"Remove the previous month’s archived logs from your home directory at the end of each month."so that way you never have more than a full month of data in there taking up space.0 -
This is indeed an option in cPanel:
Metrics > Raw Access > Download Current Raw Access LogsBut I can't find the file in the File Manager, How should I delete these files?

When you first login to File Manager you should see the "logs" directory listed on the left column. Do you not see that there?

I only see files in Archived Raw Logs, But it's not the file I want to delete.
xxx.tw (SSL) 34.26 GB
The path in the URL:
getsslaccesslog/sslaccesslog_xxx.tw_9_6_2024.gz
How do I delete it?

I'm not sure how to help you locate that file on the filesystem. If this were my machine I would run a command to find the file.
Where are you seeing that file is 34G in size?

I'm sorry, For some reason I can't reveal my real domain.
But this is what I see, How do I delete this file?

Thanks for the additional details. This isn't going to be one particular file, but it's telling you that all the files for that domain add up to that much disk usage. This is likely spread across multiple files that you would need to remove.
