    Hey there!  I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the server but we'll need more details about this before I can offer advice.  Are you not able to access WHM or cPanel at all on the machine?  If so, have you tried forcing an update with the "/scripts/upcp --force" command?

    Once I know what specifically isn't working I can try and get you better help.

    Thanks for the additional details.  There isn't anything you can do to resolve that error besides move to a new machine.  You may want to speak with your hosting provider or datacenter to see if they provide that type of migration service for your hosting plan.
