Hey there!  Just to confirm, do any other updates work on the machine?  Does a basic "yum update" command work well?

    Yes, the command works normally.

Are you actually using WHM 104? Are you able to update the system at all to see if that helps to get things working?

I got WHM auto-update stuck because I have webmail customizations. No other alternative? Shouldn't it work on my version?

My only problem is with AutoSSL which stopped working about 3 days ago. So I had the idea of running the command to change Sectigo to Lets Encrypt. And I get the error I gave at the beginning of the call.

Do you possibly have any firewalls on the machine that could be causing an issue?  I'm able to normally access the repo file at https://securedownloads.cpanel.net/cpanel-plugins/0/cpanel-plugins.repo with this command:

    wget https://securedownloads.cpanel.net/cpanel-plugins/0/cpanel-plugins.repo” ind

What happens when you try and run that?

I executed your command and this appeared on the screen:

    wget https://securedownloads.cpanel.net/cpanel-plugins/0/cpanel-plugins.repo

    As a firewall I use Imunify 360.

Alright, one more thing that would be worth trying is clearing the Yum cache - it doesn't make sense to me that Get manually works......but then you see an error from Yum saying it doesn't.  Can you run these and then try the Let's Encrypt install again?

    yum clean all
    yum makecache
    yum update
    /scripts/install_lets_encrypt_autossl_provider

If that doesn't work, it would likely be best to create a ticket so the server can be examined directly.

Hello, I'd like to corroborate that I am also unable to run the installation script, and I too am able to directly wget the file. My cpanel comes from an intermediary so my ticket would not be filed here but putting my name in the open in case I can provide any information that can lead to a resolution.

    What is your cPanel version?

Here we solved the problem by updating Cpanel to version 110.0.39 where Lets Encrypt is default.
After that everything is done automatically as before. The best way to solve it is to update, there is no other way.

Top corner shows v94.0.25, so I'm evidently a bit behind, but clicking the update only shows "You will be upgrading to the latest 11.94 build." so I guess I have to do a bit more manually because the update stops at 94 for some reason.

First of all, I recommend a full backup of your entire server, as you are quite late in the update. And ask your host team to update you to the highest version possible. I tried to do it manually here on version 104 and it didn't work, just updating everything.
