Hello.

Guys, I suppose that php 5.4 php 5.6 will not be available under Almalinux 8 upgrade?

  Nope, PHP 7.4 and up only unless you get CloudLinux which support PHP 5.4+ as well.

  If you need older versions of PHP you'll have to use a tool like CloudLinux to make those available.
