Do we have to explicitly add nameservers in Basic Web Host Manager in DNSOnly or just pointing works?
We have a few cPanel servers and one DNSOnly cPanel server. We used one DNSonly server because we want all the domains to be using same nameservers and DNSonly will point them to their respective server.
Now we have a case, we want add two more servers in the DNSonly cluster, both of them are having different nameservers. What we want is all the domains in those two VPS can use the DNS cluster nameserver, as well as their old nameservers are working.
In that case, can we simply point all those nameservers to the DNSonly server IP address? or those nameservers have to be listed in cPanel's Basic Web Host Manager?

Hey there! The nameservers that are listed in the Basic WebHost Manager Setup page just control the nameserver records that get added to newly created DNS zones. Those records don't have anything to do with the DNS cluster. You should have these properly configured, but they won't create the DNS routing or the cluster for you.
If you add 2 new servers to the cluster that's all you need to do, and then the nameservers are still controlled at the registrar like normal.
