11.122.0.13 update broke WHM UI ?

Updating from 11.122.0.7 -> 11.122.0.13 broke (?) whm.

/var/cpanel/updatelogs/summary.log
[2024-09-12 03:23:18 -0500]   Completed update 11.122.0.7 -> 11.122.0.13

- It started automatically,

- once it finished server become unresponsive.

- I rebooted it. After reboot it went back online ok

BUT!

After I login to WHM/cPanel I cannot see any functions, just error in browser console (tried many browsers):

jupiter-web-components.cmb.min.js:1 Uncaught Error: The window object is missing keys required for localization!
    at nr (jupiter-web-components.cmb.min.js:1:40124)

Nothing special in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log (server was down for about 10 minutes):

I tried:

- changing locale in URL - no help

- /usr/local/cpanel/bin/build_locale_databases - no help

- downgrading back to 11.122.0.7 - it downgraded ok, no help

No help = still nothing can be seen in WHM with error in console mentioned above

Nothing, stock install on new server - installed and running ok about a month ago

Ok it does seem to be locale-related after all. For some reason JS files related to given languages had zero b sizes in:

/usr/local/cpanel/base/cjt/

ie: /usr/local/cpanel/base/cjt/cjt-en.js

So I ran:

/usr/local/cpanel/bin/_build_translated_js_files en --force

to rebuild them. After that it seem to work ok, at least for the "en" locale.

If those files were zero bytes, it would seem that something most likely went wrong with the update. I'd try another "/scripts/upcp --force" to see if that restores everything.
