    Hey there!  Can you confirm that the basic Yum tools work on the machine - does a "yum update" run on the command line work properly with no errors?

    Alright, so Yum is working well - that's good.

    What happens if you try and install it manually with this command?

    yum install cpanel-php-ioncube

    Could you create a ticket so this can be examined?  I didn't expect Yum to work there, but just wanted to be sure, since that is one of our packages that *should* just work whenever a forced update is run on the system.
