cpanel-php-ioncube-13.3.0-1.cp110~el8 Missing

Hello,

I am getting an email with title "Altered Packages found", informing that cpanel-php-ioncube-13.3.0-1.cp110~el8 package is Missing

It suggest to run this command to fix, but it does not fix it:
/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_pkgs --fix

Searched for more information with no luck.

  Hey there!  Can you confirm that the basic Yum tools work on the machine - does a "yum update" run on the command line work properly with no errors?

  This is the result:

  [root@xxxxxxxx ~]# yum update
  Last metadata expiration check: 1:21:11 ago on Thu 12 Sep 2024 11:04:12 AM -03.
  Dependencies resolved.
  Nothing to do.
  Complete!

  Alright, so Yum is working well - that's good.

  What happens if you try and install it manually with this command?

  yum install cpanel-php-ioncube

  Got this message:

  [root@xxxxx ~]# yum install cpanel-php-ioncube
  Last metadata expiration check: 1:36:44 ago on Thu 12 Sep 2024 01:17:43 PM -03.
  No match for argument: cpanel-php-ioncube
  Error: Unable to find a match: cpanel-php-ioncube

  Could you create a ticket so this can be examined?  I didn't expect Yum to work there, but just wanted to be sure, since that is one of our packages that *should* just work whenever a forced update is run on the system.
