Hey there!  What version of cPanel are you on?  I would recommend switching the AutoSSL provider from Sectigo to Let's Encrypt (https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/third-party/the-lets-encrypt-plugin/) to see if that takes care of things, as that is our default provider now.

    Hey there.

    I'm on 106.0.13

Is it possible to switch the provider without updating cPanel?

Yes, you can switch the provider to Let's Encrypt without performing a full cPanel update using the details in that article - although I'd still recommend getting updated as soon as you can.

Tried what was suggested in here:

    https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/third-party/the-lets-encrypt-plugin/108/#installation

and here is the error I got:

    [root@server ~]# /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/install_lets_encrypt_autossl_provider

Thanks for the additional details - it looks like you do have to update to at least version 110 in order for Let's Encrypt to install properly, although your system likely supports that version.  Are you able to update to 110?

Yes, updating do 110 fixed it.

    Cheers!
