Hey there!  Do you have root access to the server?  If so, you'd want to check the logs in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log as that is where all the interface issues get logged on the machine.

If you don't have root access to the system, you would need to contact your host to have them check that log for you and fix the issue, since only the root user can take care of that.

I think I have the root access. I am able to login to WHM but I do not know how to locate /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log.

In addition, how can I check the entire email list of my domain?

You would need to use the Terminal function in WHM to view that file, or connect over SSH from your local workstation.  The best way to do this would be to run the following command while you try and log in to cPanel:

    tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

as that will output the log data to the screen in real-time.

I'm not completely sure what you mean when you say "email list" - can you let me know specifically what you're trying to do or see?

I want to check the email addresses we have created.

It seems like you knew there was something up with the email users before you saw that error log.  This will likely need a ticket so we can address problems with the cPanel's user data on the system, but any additional details you have about that email situation when you create that ticket would be helpful.

Email user list I want to check and the error log are 2 issues.

If there's a way to check email users in WHM, I can ignore the cPanel issue which is associated with the error log for now.

There isn't a way to check through WHM, no.  The best option we would have outside the cPanel account would be the API system here:

    https://api.docs.cpanel.net/openapi/whm/operation/list_pops_for/

You could run the following command to get a list of the emails associated with one domain:

    whmapi1 list_pops_for user='username'
