I cannot recieve, or send emails on my account, even though under "email deliverability" it displays as "VALID"... please help
So I've got a domain under webcentral, controlled by CPANEL. Since effectively transferring ownership of this domain to Shopify, I have not been able to send nor receive any emails.
I have email routing configured as automatic, which configures to remote.
I have tried sending emails, they will not send, and receiving emails but they also do not send. It's weird because when I check everything I have all the required SPF records too when I've tested that.

Hey there! There are likely multiple issues happening with the account as sending and receiving use a different connection. It would be best to reach out to the server admin to have them check the settings, as sending email could be blocked by default on that network, and receiving issues could be caused by DNS issues.
