Webmail error "Open my inbox when I log in"

Every time I open webmail on the cPanel server and check 'Open my inbox when I log in,' it doesn't remember the setting, and I have to click on Roundcube directly. Is there a solution in WHM to fix this?

  I'm having the same issue. Our customers are asking for help.

  I did check the following for one of my customer:

  Folder: "/home/username/.cpanel/nvdata" has a file called "email_address\@domain_tld_hideUserPreferencesOverlay" and it contains "1".

  Still the customer is getting the preferences page, all the time.

  As quietFinn mentioned, this is a known issue and is a high priority case for our team.  Our devs are currently working on the problems and we hope to have a resolution to this issue soon.

  Update - we fixed this late Friday and early Saturday so all current versions have the fix.
