DDos Attack Prevention

I am about to use hertzner dedicated vcpu plan to start mine.

does hertzner provide so strong DDos Protection that I don't need to look for anything else?

Please suggest me the prevention that I can take before I got DDoS attack anytime on my server.

  Hey there!  For smaller attacks, you could use the tools built-in to CSF mentioned here:

  or you could use Apache's mod_evasive: https://docs.cpanel.net/ea4/apache/apache-modules/apache-module-evasive/

  For larger attacks, you would need to speak with Hetzner to see if they offer external firewall solutions that would help, or look into external products like Cloudflare.
