Need help setting up WHM and cPanel

Hello, I just bought a new server but I don't know how to set it up. 
I was told that I need an unmanage VPS server but when I check some items in WHM I get completely confused.
Can someone please check if the settings are correct. (for a Fee) I am not an IT geek and don't understand much about things but I really want this project to go through.
