Hey there!  Can you provide me with a few more details about what you're trying to change?  Could you let me know what specific theme you're using and what modification you're trying to make?  Once I have that I can do some additional testing on my end for you.

    Hi cPRex,

Not really trying to change the Preset.  It is more that it is not working.  There are 3 horizontal containers in this preset, where it is the feedback section.  It has the comment and to the right it has the image.  However when I published the site, it only ever shows the first container item and doesn't go through the other ones.

The theme that I chose was the Road Transport one.  Cannot remember the exact name of it.

This is the preset.  It has the heading Preset #ed-389580135

Thanks for the additional details - let me play with this a bit and I'll let you know what I find!

I did speak with the Sitejet team and they confirmed there isn't a way to determine the template based on that number.  I flipped through the templates and didn't find that specific stock photo.

If you can get me the specific template name I'd be happy to do some more testing on this.

    The template is called Transaway.

The photos are actually my company photos.

Thanks for getting me the template name!  I set this up on a test account on my personal machine and confirmed that section doesn't scroll.  I do see the three dots on the right side so a user can manually flip through the images, though, so I reached out to Sitejet to have them confirm what the intended behavior there is.  As soon as I hear back from them I'll let you know!

The Sitejet team has confirmed this is an older version of the slider that doesn't automatically rotate through images, so things are working as intended with how you are seeing them.

So how do i upgrade the version of the slider as it is straight from the available templates as the only reason I went with site uder is because it states it is better and more up to date than WordPress.

Unfortunately there is no way to change that option in the preset templates.  In the demo if you just click "view" in the Transaway template, it also doesn't autoscroll.

Is there another component that I can put there that I similar to this one that actually auto scrolls?

Not that I am aware of, no.

That is a disappointing outcome. Is the website we built, customizable so that our developers can actually rewrite coding in the website to have it work to our requirements?

I reached out to the Sitjet team and they said yes, you can overwrite, adjust, modify, or delete the CSS or Javascript in the code section.

    That is better news.
